To harness and engage resources from Biblical inclined God – fearing professionals in the strategic moulding of teenagers to enjoy and experience growth that will lead to global relevance
OUR VISION
TeenGrow exists to Grow Teenagers for Global Relevance.
“Grow” means Nurturing (caring in terms of feeding with ENCOURAGEMENT, RECOGNITION, SECURITY, HOPE, and LOVE), Educating (EXPOSURE to and EQUIP by the WORD OF GOD ), Expressing (SERVING and MULTIPLYING to ENJOY existence).
“Relevance” means being equipped (spiritually, mentally, morally, and professionally) to make a difference by the impact on all humans anywhere they exist on earth in all spheres (Media, Government, Education, Economy, Religion , Celebration, and Family).

MODUS OPERANDI
TEENGROW GLOBAL works with teenagers through 4 arms, namely:
1. SPIRITUAL GROWTH; This consists of mediums through which the spirituality of teenagers are developed. It is divided into 5 parts – a. Monthly Bible study and daily Bible reading and prayer meeting, Teen Daily Devotional, Bible Coaching Class, engagement with online messages, soul lifting music and and podcast. b. Podcast, c. Effective Brains & d. Teen Blog – all of which run weekly and monthly, using modern technology mediums
2. Effective Brains: We provide conducive avenues for intellectual growth for our teenagers through a specified book reading and reviewing for all round life balance.
3. Teen Conference and Educational Tours– This holds annually and sometimes bi-annually. such as Boot Camps, training webinars, relevant Games and brain taskings to train coping mechanisms, and life values and skills. Important and historical, highly educative sites and places are visited as well.
4. Teen Support /Counseling – which provides care & counseling services at no cost.
5. Teen Empowerment scheme – This explores various entrepreneurial skills acquisition in various areas such as web design, graphic design, photography, musical instruments, baking, interior decor, content creation, script writing and others for financial development. These are online trainings with experienced tutors. Also events are designed to discover, maximize and deploy talents of teenagers for global impact.

SUPPORT
Teenagers’ Ministry is a non profit making divine assignment. However, resources must be mobilized to meet teenagers’ various needs. Some of the needs that TEENGROW GLOBAL meet are:
- To educational sponsor or Financial support some of the less privileged teenagers by giving a partial or full scholarships
- Provide entrepreneurial equipment for those who learn hand work .
- Provide material support to teenagers in the remote parts of the different parts of the nation that TEENGROW is privileged to penetrate
- Provide food materials to Teenagers in IDP camps and the homeless.
