Proficient and qualified Pastoral Care and Counselling Professional from High and reputable institutions with proven experience in supporting individuals, teenagers, families and people in ecclesiastical and educational settings. He is Committed to delivering spiritual/pastoral and client-centred support that gradually empowers individuals especially teenagers and enables them to make informed decisions. He possesses detailed understanding of the Counselling Association of Nigeria,(CASSON),The International Association for the Study of Youth Ministry (IASYM), Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN), Nigerian Baptist Pastor’s Fellowship professional Conduct and Ethical Framework and applies such standards in interactions with teenagers, church members, clients and colleagues. He possesses sound knowledge of theoretical counselling approaches and application of same to real-world settings, having a special interest in biblical teaching, counselling, discipleship, and intercessory prayers. Areas of expertise are preaching, intercessory, prayers, mentoring, discipling and counselling. Furthermore, he is a Christian drama minister, and script writer. Currently, he as the founder of Teengrow Global by divine mandate, serves as a chaplain and counsellor at Bowen University, Iwo, Osun State, Nigeria. |
Opeyemi Oyelude

Opeyemi Oluseun Oyelude, a child of God, is a PhD holder and a lecturer at the Business Administration programme, Bowen University Iwo, Osun State, Nigeria. She is a passionate teacher, counsellor and a full member of Institute for Operations Research of Nigeria (INFON) and she is affiliated to the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM). She has presented papers in different conferences and published in both local and international journals. Her research interest is on Work life Balance, Reward Management, Motivation, Entrepreneurship, Organization Behaviour and other related Business and Management Issues. Opeyemi as the wife of the founder who assists in the team leadership of Teengrow Global is a speaker in relationship talks and as a result, she relates well and possesses a very high welfare anointing for teenagers.
Oladimeji Jojesu

He is a young passionate advocate for the gospel of the kingdom whole loves doctrinal balance and a good student of the word. He is the governor of an Apostolic system called “the Daniels” under which a mentorship programme runs, known as Daniels Mentoring School. He is been privileged to mentor young people by God’s wisdom across the nation and diaspora. He’s been opportuned to lead in different spheres among young and Old people in church and school environment. He is an actor, a scriptwriter, teacher and musician. He’s an anatomist and currently based in Nigeria where he studies Medicine. As a young man, One is either driven by a Vision or Passion but the Work of Ministry cannot be fully prosecuted and effectively grow spiritually without these two. And so it’s expedient to understand these in effecting global impact!

He is an Architect by profession, an entrepreneur, song writer, worship leader and a music minister.
He has served as music coordinator during his under graduate days and in different leadership position relating to church music.
He currently serves as the leader of “Trueworshippers Music International”, a ministry that focuses only on the character and workings of God.
He resides in Ibadan, Oyo state, Nigeria. God has love for worship and worshippers, He’s always seeking for those who will worship him in spirit and in truth, and this is an opportunity to get in and be part of Zion worshippers.

He is the CTO of Flow, a budding investment bank based in Jos, Nigeria. His cross-functional capabilities in business and technology have made him a thought leader in the African technology space. He is a passionate believer who loves the gospel and works to ensure that every human, on Earth and in space, has a sound relationship with Jesus. Oreoluwa co-founded Technique, a startup incubator aimed at releasing the latent ideas and potentials buried in Africa. He holds advisory roles on the board of several organizations in Nigeria.

She is a writer, educator, and lover of God. She writes to inspire, motivate, and educate young people with Purpose and Personal Development being the focus. As a purpose and Personal Development advocate, she helps young people discover purpose and bring out the best in them. She is the convener of THE RISING NATION, a community that aims at the balance, personal development, and progress of young people.
She is a graduate of Business Education from Federal University, Oye ekiti. Her birth date and month is 23rd October but she got adopted into Sonship by giving her life to God 24th of June 2018. Her major goal is to impact and influence people around her positively.

She is a student of Nursing at Essex Counth College in the U.S. She became born again in the year 2020 fully and since then she have worked in freedom and guilt without less stress. She started a ministry on WhatsApp group chat known as Tonguing for one hour where teenagers spirit man is been charged up in the month of August. She love soul winning because it’s my priority. She experience as teen that makes her pray to other teenagers is the fact that she live in boldness, there is direction in all she does, there is peace, there is life and a time

aanuoluwa Olayanju

She is a Licensed Social Worker (BSc. MSW) who is passionate about the emotional, mental and social welfare of people, especially the young population.
She majored in the Medical aspect of Social Work which has exposed her to diverse knowledge on practice within the medical field especially in mental health.
Since 2020, she has been counseling (pro bono & paid) clients with diverse mental and emotional issues and has recorded measurable success in most cases.
She has also volunteered with a couple of organizations among which is Pan-African Purpose Driven Women Initiative (PAPDWI) where she worked alongside a team to educate school children on emotional intelligence and appropriate age-based sex education.
She is presently the Quality-Control Officer and Lead, Counseling Interview Team in the organisation she presently volunteers with (MANI).
She is also the convener of Young Adult and Teens (YATs) conference, a meeting of young people where spiritual, mental, emotional and intellectual topics are taught and discussed

She is a purposeful young lady passionate about making impact in the field of science and technology. She is a budding writer, excellent teacher, and a change agent. Her dream is to write books that would stir up and bring about the change the world needs.
Currently, she is in her penultimate year in Obafemi Awolowo University, studying Education and Chemistry. When not writing, she loves reading, watching movies and spending time with loved ones. She supervises the Effective Brain group of Teengrow
